Our main carpenters, Luke and Jake were amazing and their craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. All of our requests, even the last minute changes, were done to our complete satisfaction. The entire team was great to work with and we cannot imagine our home turning out as wonderful without them. This will probably be our last home, but if we were to consider building another home it would be done by Bruce and Sandpoint Builders, Inc. crew! With a focus on work ethic and integrity, business flourished and Barry was quickly renowned and respected by industry peers and clients. Barry relocated his family and business to northern Idaho in 1995, building spec homes and custom homes from Coeur d’Alene to the Canadian border.
Building our custom dream home with Gardner Homes was an excellent experience. This was our first build and it seemed to go as seamless as possible. From first meeting with the architect until move-in day, Dan Foutz was there every step of the way.

I have known and worked with Dan Foutz for the past 15 years supplying windows, mirrors and shower door design and installation. Dan is diligent in his research of new products and ideas for the homes he builds.
